Our 1200 sq ft space provides an intimate space perfect for those bridal showers, baby showers, rehearsal dinners, graduations, birthdays, class reunions, family holidays, and other special events. How many people does it hold?
Our space can seat up to 40 people comfortably leaving extra space for a welcome table, food tables, and access to the built-in boxwood backdrop that is included with your rental!
Can we bring our own food and drink?
All outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are permitted. All alcoholic beverages must be arranged through the venue prior to your event or served via the pop-up bar service.
Do you have round tables?
No, we have an assortment of 6-ft and 8-ft tables along with resin event chairs. You may bring your own tablecloths or we have the option of black or white tablecloths available for rent for $3/each.
Does the kitchenette have an oven?
Our mini kitchenette has a refrigerator and sink for light prepping and clean up during your events.
Can I set up the day before?
The six-hour rental starting at $175 includes set up and clean up time. If you wish to have more time, you can rent additional hour(s) for $30/hr. If the space is not booked the day before, we can arrange for early set up.
